Only the package which is not packed and sent out can be canceled. If your package was already packed by our warehouse and sent out before you contact us, we are unable to cancel that order.
For the second situation, we would like to offer some alternative solutions for you.
1. If our product is great and suitable for you, it would be great that you will not cancel order and wait for arrive of product.
2. If you really don't want the product, it is better to refuse the parcel when it arrives and then the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, once warehouse receives the returned item, we will refund you in full.
